Every lab order includes a consultation to help you make sense of your results and take meaningful next steps. You can also choose optional upgrades if you'd like deeper guidance or written materials to refer back to.
Lab test pricing varies by panel (refer to our lab catalog for descriptions and pricing). Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a direct order link from our lab partners to process payment for your lab and 1:1 consultation appointment. Optional add-on services are invoiced separately through Practice Better.

A 45-minute session with Sarah to walk through your results, explore patterns, and clarify next-step strategies. Includes brief summary notes sent after your call.
Written Insights Report — $100 (optional add-on)

We offer a curated selection of trusted at-home and specialty lab tests. We partner with trusted diagnostic providers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and support every step of the way.
All labs must be requested through our short form — we’ll review your goals, help you select the right test (if needed), place the lab order for you, and send a direct link to pay for your lab and required consultation. Then the trusted diagnostic provider will ship your test kit to you.

If you’ve completed testing through another provider, we offer Outside Lab Interpretation — which includes a personalized review of up to 2 lab results and a 45-minute consultation session to walk through your results and next steps. Additional results may be reviewed for an additional fee.
Because every lab and client is different, we ask that you request support using our brief intake form before scheduling. This helps us ensure the service is the right fit for your results.

Nic, a licensed nurse practitioner, supports behind the scenes — helping ensure we have access to advanced labs and occasionally consulting with Sarah on interpretation from a medical and functional blood chemistry perspective.
You’ll receive clear, thoughtful, and personalized support that goes far beyond what a standard primary care visit can offer — but this is not a medical service and we don’t diagnose or treat conditions. Our labs help educate you on the underlying factors causing imbalances in your body.
