Each Consultation Includes:

  • A 45-minute video session via Practice Better

  • Review of your intake form and up to 2 recent lab results (must be submitted at least a week before your session).

    • Labs are used to guide our conversation — not for a full written interpretation. A deeper analysis is available as an optional add-on.

  • Personalized insight into your health priorities and next steps

  • General supplement and lifestyle recommendations

  • Brief summary notes uploaded after your session

Includes your 45-minute session and a brief written summary of insights.

Add-ons are optional and invoiced separately after booking.

There is no follow-up messaging unless a messenger add-on is selected or a second session is booked.
